I can’t imagine a better environment for my son than Tenderfoot. He started in the infant room, progressed through the Little Friends toddler room and is now a Big Friend. My experience is that the teachers are personally invested in the well-being and development of my child. They know my son – his personality, his preferences, his sense of humor, when he is having an off day – and are proactive in partnering with me to ensure his growth and happiness. When I ask how his day was they share details, not just generalizations; I appreciate that the teachers take the time to truly be present in his day.

Tenderfoot has provided dependable, consistent and nurturing care for our daughter. Since we both work full time, we were nervous about finding daycare.  Our daughter has loved being at Tenderfoot and we look forward to her growing with the program. The teachers truly care about the children, which makes a big difference!

Being a first-time mother, I was very hesitant in taking my son to a daycare center.  My preference was to get him into an in-home daycare where I thought he would receive a more personalized experience.  That was not the case!  At an in-home daycare there is only one professional, two hands, per up to eight children of all ages on a similar schedule.  In the infant room at Tenderfoot, each baby has their own nap and feeding schedule adapted to their needs.  The ratio of teacher to baby is usually 1:2 and the staff are experts in not only teaching and caring for your child, but helping you as the parent adjust to the new schedule and constant changes of a growing baby.  Brenda runs a tight ship, with a well-trained teacher staff, clean classroom, and a very caring environment which includes a detailed report at the end of each day.  The teachers in the infant room are passionate about working with babies and are the most loving young women I have ever met.  My son loves them and they love him.  As a mother, what more could you ask for?!?  I am over the moon happy with my experience at Tenderfoot
