Hi, my name is Melanie and I am the lead teacher for the young 3 year olds. I am a mother and a wife. I enjoy being outside as a family, with our dogs. I live in Powderhorn and get to enjoy all the nature and challenges that brings. I have been with Tenderfoot since 2019, as a lead infant teacher and a substitute in preschool before moving to preschool full time in 2022. Prior to Tenderfoot, I worked in a semi-private school with mostly three year olds. I am continually learning through Pyramid Trainings, Colorado Shines, various workshops and classes, through my teacher peers, as well as through the kids. I really enjoy seeing the children progress, explore on their own, and talk about various topics exciting to them. I love being creative and thinking outside the box.
